Leadership Manager

As Leadership Manager, you will steer our operations through different landscapes, identifying business opportunities and having direct ownership of our impact and outcomes. You will be a leader who is visible, energetic, and has strong ethics. Your responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily operations - manage restaurant standards and guest service.
  • Provide direction and vision to your team by staying up-to-date with food & beverage knowledge and market trends.
  • Develop and execute well-thought-out plans to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Manage staff, oversee work schedules, and assign specific duties.
  • Create and improve standard operating procedures for service and product preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor venue cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular audits on venue equipment and facilities management/maintenance.
  • Plan and manage activities with the Marketing department relating to sales promotions, events, etc.

Financial Management

  • Manpower planning and budgeting.
  • Analyze Point of Sales (POS) reports and sales trends, recommend and implement cost control exercises, and improvements to onsite sales and marketing tools.

Human Resource Management

  • Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and train new employees, and oversee administrative processes while in compliance with local employment laws.
  • Drive the direction and expectations for your team to achieve team goals.
