This key position involves developing and executing a comprehensive global real estate strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and optimizing the real estate portfolio to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Conducting thorough portfolio analysis, including space utilization, cost assessment, and risk evaluation
- Managing and optimizing all real estate assets, encompassing owned and leased properties across all regions
This role requires an in-depth understanding of commercial real estate transactions, leasing, and property management, as well as exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial real estate
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to travel up to 30% of the time.
