Strategic Communications Expert

We are seeking a strategic communications expert to lead our public and digital communication efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that promote the organisation's objectives and values.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to shaping the organisation's communication vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement public and digital communication plans to support organisational objectives;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement;
- Design and implement social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engage with key audiences;
- Manage and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers;
- Provide expert advice on communication strategy and tactics to support business outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of developing and implementing effective communication strategies. You will also have a strong understanding of the latest digital trends and technologies, including social media platforms and content management systems.
We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible individual who can work independently and as part of a team. If you have experience in corporate communications, PR or a related field, we would love to hear from you
Skills and Qualifications:- Education in Communication Studies, Political Science, Social Sciences, Information and Communication Technology, Digital Media or Information Science;
- Strong English proficiency;
- Additional language skills (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) is useful;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team;
- Keen interest in Singapore's media, political, defence and security developments, have a good understanding of Singapore's media landscape, and be comfortable working with policy makers and staff departments.
