This position requires a blend of market insight and hands-on execution, navigating Singapore’s local employment landscape effectively.

A key aspect of this role is developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.

Effective management of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, assessments, offer management, and contract preparation, is essential.

Success in this role relies heavily on leveraging multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage high-caliber candidates, as well as partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to align recruitment with business needs and provide talent market insights.

Maintaining a proactive pipeline of candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey, and staying updated on Singapore’s employment laws, MOM regulations, and work pass application processes are also crucial responsibilities.

Conducting compensation and benefits market research to provide benchmarking insights for competitive offers is an important aspect of this role.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, preferably within EPC, oil & gas, engineering, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment regulations and hands-on experience with work pass applications.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
