About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Events Marketing Coordinator to join our team at ORD. As an integral part of our marketing crew, you will be responsible for assisting in event planning and execution, promoting events through various channels, and providing exceptional customer service.

As an Events Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting events, promote our brand, and create unforgettable experiences for our audience. You will collaborate with our team members to achieve event goals, gain hands-on experience in events and marketing, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in event planning and execution
  • Promote events through events or on-ground activations
  • Engage with attendees and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve event goals

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or current students welcome
  • ORD or part-time students preferred
  • Energetic, creative, and passionate about events and marketing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
