Senior Supply Chain Operations Specialist

You will play a key role in contributing to the growth and delivery of the Planning & Development Team, which is part of the Supply Chain function. This position will be involved in actualising the 5-year supply chain transformation initiative and key optimisation projects for operational excellence.
Responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership and key stakeholders across different business units to ensure integration of central operations/supply chain strategy with other functional strategies. Additionally, you will support strategic business planning with comprehensive market analysis and industry research, including supply chain trends, opportunities, and challenges.
\Required Skills and Qualifications\- \
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience related to supply chain planning and optimisation, programme/project management and/or supply chain/logistics management.\
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or any other related profession.\
- Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) supply chain management, especially in retail/eCommerce/FMCG supply chain.\
- Experience with lean six sigma and process optimisation/change management will be advantageous.\
- Experience with methods/work study and/or other performance analysis methodologies.\
- Strong strategic thinker with structured working style, possess good information organisation skills.\
- Strong data analysis skills. Knowledge SQL, Python etc and hands-on experience with Cloud-based tools/technology will be advantageous.\
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical mindset and skills, with ability to convert analysis into business insights for decision making.\
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and has effective change management skills.\
- Enthusiastic and self-starter, high integrity and work ethic, always learning, creative and open to ideas, willing to take risks and embrace challenges.\
- Agile, resilience and able to adapt effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\
