We are seeking an experienced Senior Dry Etch Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for leading experiments to characterize and improve dry etch processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in dry process engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovations, drive continuous improvement, and optimize dry etch processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering experiments to characterize and improve dry etch processes, focusing on quality, yield, and cost efficiency.
- Identify and implement innovations to drive continuous improvement.
- Define and establish robust process margins to ensure stable dry etch operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in dry process engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Preferred Qualification:
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Material Sciences, Mechanical, Chemistry or equivalent).
Years of Experience:
- 5-9 years of experience in dry process engineering.
