Job Title: Senior Coffee Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Coffee Operations Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a Senior Coffee Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages, managing inventory, handling cashiering and ordering, preparing simple hot food items, and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coffee Preparation: Lead the team in preparing coffee and non-coffee based beverages to the highest standard.
  • Ordering and Cashiering: Manage ordering, cashiering, and inventory management processes.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a simple hot food menu.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Event Support: Assist and support coffee cart events when necessary.
  • Site Management: Oversee multiple sites, ensuring SOP and quality control.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff scheduling and training.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a relevant industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Travel: Willing to travel to multiple locations.
  • Barista Skills: Basic barista skills with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Pleasant, positive attitude, responsible, and proactive.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
