End-to-End Product Introduction Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process within a manufacturing plant. This includes collaborating with various stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, and HQ to ensure seamless product introduction.


Responsibilities:
  • Create and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) to support assembly processes.
  • Maintain and update data in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP system.
  • Understand and support Server & Rack assembly processes.
  • Contribute to packaging design for racks and large-scale assemblies.
  • Drive or participate in continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen activities.
  • Provide on-the-ground support during production ramp-up.
  • Participate in internal and external ISO audits.

Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving NPI or process engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
