Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Manager Manufacturing Industry Leader to join our team at Alwayshired Pte. Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management and manufacturing industry experience. As an Executive Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining budget control.

You will work closely with stakeholders, including team members, suppliers, and clients, to achieve project goals and objectives. Your expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management will be essential in driving business excellence and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinate team members and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration; conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Procurement and Contract Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, delivery times, and service; negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with suppliers.
  • Financial Management: Establish project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure financial efficiency; prepare and manage multiple project budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies; monitor and evaluate project risks throughout the lifecycle, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management and procurement; minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience in manufacturing or a relevant industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software (e.g., Navision); strong written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
