Key Responsibilities:
  • Eye Examination and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using advanced diagnostic tools to determine accurate prescriptions and assess eye health.
  • Personalized Recommendations: Understand customers' preferences and lifestyle to recommend eyewear that suits their vision needs and personal style.
  • Lens Selection and Fitting: Advise customers on lens options, including materials, coatings, and specialized features like anti-glare, blue-light filtering, and UV protection.
  • Customer Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide post-purchase support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on eyewear trends, frame designs, and lens technologies to provide expert advice.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Must be a Licensed Optometrist with OOB in Singapore.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of optical science, lens technologies, and fashion trends in eyewear. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
