Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, including team scheduling and workforce planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including team scheduling and workforce planning.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound processes for e-commerce order fulfillment.
  • Conduct daily/weekly briefings, ensuring KPI and SLA targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and workplace safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and operational records using Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems.

Requirements:

  • Relevant supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Certified forklift operator is a must.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
