The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate governance or legal administration, with at least 3-5 years relevant experience in a law firm or in-house. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide corporate governance support for entities and guidance to team members.
- Ensure the functions of the corporate governance department align with regulatory requirements.
- Handle a wide range of corporate governance works, including preparation of board resolutions, documents, meeting minutes, and announcements.
- Assist in logistical arrangements for board meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date statutory records for group companies as required by law.
- Liaise with auditors, government officials, and other external parties.
- Support supervisor in all aspects of governance and compliance, participate in new initiatives, and ad-hoc projects assigned by them.
- Background in corporate governance or legal administration.
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience in a law firm or in-house.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure.
