Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality coaching to all age groups, aligning with the Academy philosophy and methodology.
  • Support the Programme Manager in organizing and delivering a vibrant, creative, and progressive program.
  • Ensure Academy players adhere to club values and demonstrate respect and discipline.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
  • Assess trialists at training and games, providing feedback to the Academy Programme Manager.
  • Adhere to club policies, including Safeguarding, Equality, and Health & Safety.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of UEFA C Coaching Licence or equivalent.
  • Experience in coaching relevant age groups.
  • High levels of communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and strong work ethic.
  • Sensitive to the needs of young players and parents/guardians.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings.
