Job Title: Scientific Instrument Service Specialist

About the Position:

We seek a skilled and experienced service engineer to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for scientific analytical instruments. Key responsibilities include installing, commissioning, calibrating and maintaining these instruments at customer sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install, Commission, Calibrate and Maintain: Scientific analytical instruments at customer sites.
  • Liaise with Customers: Address service concerns and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Ensure quality service support through strong customer relationships.
  • New Opportunities: Identify opportunities for new preventive maintenance contracts.
  • Technical Support: Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to support service requirements.
  • Training: Provide technical training to end-users and distributors.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years' experience in servicing scientific analytical instruments.
  • Knowledge of Particle Size Analyzer, X-ray Fluorescence, Spectroscopy, or ICP Spectrometer is an advantage.
