  • Job Description:
  • Support the day-to-day operations of HR and Admin functions. This role is ideal for someone who wants to contribute to an organization's success.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including interview coordination and candidate management.
  • Manage employee records, monitor staff attendance, and maintain leave records via our HR system.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee information, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support monthly payroll processing, staff training, and development matters.
  • Prepare HR reports, surveys, and benefits administration.
  • Liaise with government bodies, resolve staff feedback/complaints, and handle general enquiries.

 

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Admin functions, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with recruitment cycles, employment legislation, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and learn quickly.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic Chinese/English translation skills.
