Key Responsibilities:
As an Indoor Skydiving Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to customers to ensure a seamless and enjoyable flight experience. This includes conducting thorough briefings before flights and debriefings afterward to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety of customers throughout their flight, adhering to all safety protocols. Additionally, you will assist customers in extending and optimizing their flight experiences to meet their needs and preferences. Furthermore, you will deliver personalized training sessions to members, tailored to their individual needs and goals. You will also build and nurture strong relationships with members, fostering a positive and supportive community. Finally, you will perform various other tasks as required to support the team and enhance overall operations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a professional education certificate in any field. You will also need to possess excellent communication and presentation skills. You should be energetic, motivated, and result-oriented, with the ability to work long hours and rotating shifts. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
