Corporate Governance Specialist


Job Summary

We are seeking a high-level corporate governance expert to develop and execute effective strategies ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will provide top-tier support for company secretarial duties, including incorporation, document preparation, and filing with regulatory bodies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of companies, overseeing incorporation, directors' resolutions, meeting minutes, and striking off documents.
  • Prepare and file relevant documents with the relevant authorities in accordance with regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough client due diligence and verify information as required.
  • Administer work pass applications for clients' expatriate staff.
  • Prepare XBRL format financial statements as necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the employer, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Deliver additional corporate services to meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Possess CGQP or MAICSA qualification or be a finalist.
  • Demonstrate experience in corporate governance or a related field preferred.
  • Showcase meticulousness, organization, and proactive attitude in work.
  • Exhibit ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Display initiative, responsibility, and teamwork skills effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential for this role.
