About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at P-SERV PTE LTD. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews. Your goal will be to find the best candidates for our company and contribute to our growth.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum diploma in any discipline and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in recruitment or a related field is an advantage. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.

This part-time position requires a commitment of at least three days a week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. The working hours are from 8:30 am to 6 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. The salary for this role is $12 per hour.

You will be responsible for putting up advertisements on online portals, liaising with hiring divisions and internal HR on interview dates, calling candidates to schedule interview sessions, administering tests as part of the selection process, following up with candidates on any other matters, and tracking candidates in Excel. Additionally, you will handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the team lead.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
