Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Experience Officer in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing complex schedules, and coordinating internal and external meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Chief Experience Officer's schedule and coordinate all internal and external scheduling requests.
  • Organize and coordinate various internal and external meetings, including departmental, regional, and global meetings.
  • Act as a liaison for the Global and Regional Marketing meetings and other key internal stakeholders.
  • Manage all travel-related administration for the CXO and Team Leads, including travel requests, itineraries, and expense reports.
  • Provide support to the team, including staff on-boarding and off-boarding arrangements, and other IT-related tasks.
  • Partner with other administrative staff to coordinate and prepare for meetings.
  • Partner with other SG-based administrative staff for country-based events and/or enterprise events.
  • Handle confidential information and interact with all levels of management, other departments, internal and external customers using tact and diplomacy.
  • Perform miscellaneous and ad-hoc tasks tangentially connected to work, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication and manage special projects as necessary.

What We Are Looking For
  • A degree holder with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in a multinational or global company with senior stakeholder engagement experiences.
  • Preference for those who have a strong track record supporting C-suite executives.
  • Mature and well-organized, with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a global mindset and cultural sensitivity.
  • Tech-savvy, with knowledge and experience dealing with various systems, including Concur and WorkDay.
  • Preference for familiarity and experience using Microsoft Office.
