Business Analysis Position

We are seeking an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of FinTech - Trading to lead our team. This role entails overseeing the daily operations of various FinTech applications and ensuring seamless project execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to launch and ongoing enhancements.
  • Participate in key project activities such as market research, requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, training, and implementation.
  • Analyze competitors, gather user feedback, and conduct market research to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate product performance after launch.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation and ensure all team members are aligned on project tasks.
  • Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures to effectively manage them.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Executive in the FinTech - Trading industry.
  • Familiarity with software development and web technologies is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to handle Chinese-speaking clients.
