About the Role

The M&E Manager will be responsible for leading a team of coordinators, engineers, and BIM modellers in the design and coordination of M&E works. This includes liaising with consultants, participating in technical meetings, and assessing and resolving technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead a team of coordinators, engineers, and BIM modellers in the design and coordination of M&E works.
  • Consultant Liaison: Liaise with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works.
  • Technical Meetings: Participate in technical meetings and site meetings.
  • Issue Resolution: Assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors.
  • On-Site Supervision: On-site supervision of work progress.
  • Schedule Coordination: Maintaining schedules and coordinating the work of subcontractors.
  • Account Finalization: Assist in finalising accounts of MYE Sub-contractors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in engineering or construction-related fields.
  • At least eight (8) years of relevant experience as an M&E Manager in large-scale projects.
  • Highly motivated, independent, initiative, and responsible.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
