This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support in the conveyancing department.
A key aspect of this job is assisting solicitors with various tasks and duties, ensuring seamless communication and documentation management.
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to solicitors, including preparation and submission of documents, e-stamping, and due diligence.
- Property Searches: Conduct property searches, title searches, and prepare submissions for stamp duty filings and Land Registry applications.
- Case Management: Track deadlines, manage case files, and provide client support, including handling inquiries and managing correspondence.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in conveyancing, including stamp duty filings and Land Registry applications. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Work Arrangements
This full-time position involves working 5 days a week from 9am to 6pm, with working locations at Jalan Besar MRT or Bugis MRT.
