We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality of our products and services.

  • As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product integrity through rigorous inspection and testing processes.
  • Key Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and coordinate the submission of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to customers in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
  • Maintain and update technical documents, drawings, specifications, and process instructions to ensure traceability and version control.
  • Perform dimensional inspections of manufactured components using calibrated tools and equipment to verify conformance to engineering specifications.
  • Document inspection results and escalate non-conformances for review and resolution.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities to address quality issues and drive improvement.
  • Prepare documentation and evidence packages for internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects by collecting data, identifying trends, and supporting implementation of process enhancements.

Requirements

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, or related field is required.
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T is essential.
