Job Title: Clinical Lead

The successful Clinical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the management of a caseload consisting primarily of sports injuries, post-operative care and musculoskeletal pain. They will create personalized exercise programmes to help patients meet their rehabilitation needs, maintain effective communication with referring doctors regarding patient progress, and write medical reports where necessary.

  • Patient Care: Deliver high-quality patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Exercise Prescription: Develop and implement customized exercise plans to aid in patient recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Communication with Doctors: Maintain open lines of communication with referring physicians to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
  • Timely and Accurate Documentation of Medical Notes: Ensure all patient records are up-to-date, accurate and easily accessible for healthcare professionals.
  • Writing Medical Reports: Prepare and submit comprehensive medical reports as required.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in physiotherapy.
  • Participate in In-House Group Training Exercises: Collaborate with colleagues in training exercises to enhance skills and share knowledge.
  • Giving Presentations/Talks: Develop and deliver presentations on various topics related to physiotherapy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy setting, hold full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council, and hold a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy degree. Private practice experience is preferred but not mandatory. Additionally, they should have adjunctive skills in Pilates, Women's Health, Dry Needling or advanced Manual Therapy.

Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including annual leave of 21 days subject to approval by supervisor. Flexible working hours are available, with a requirement to cover 42 clinic hours per week. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm, and Saturday, 8am to 4pm.
