ABA Supervisor Consultant Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of ABA Supervisor Consultant. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Applied Behaviour Analysis and experience in supervising therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor ABA therapists, providing regular evaluations, feedback, and guidance.
  • Conduct initial assessments, parent interviews, and data-driven behavior intervention plans.
  • Deliver and oversee 1:1 and group ABA sessions as needed.
  • Monitor program implementation, update treatment plans, and ensure timely progress reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or BA in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or QBA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ABA, with 1-2 years in a supervisory/consultant role.
