Preschool Administrative Liaison Officer

Job DescriptionThis role involves overseeing administrative tasks, managing records, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing monthly logs, and supporting parents with various needs.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Manage petty cash, daily collections, and enrolment reports; input data into various platforms such as ONE ECDA.
- School Operations: Oversee preparation and management of monthly logs, including school bus attendance and sign-in/out forms.
- Parent Liaison: Act as primary point of contact for parents, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Minimum qualification: A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or parent-facing role, preferably in a preschool or childcare environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with school management software.
The estimated salary for this role is SGD $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes additional benefits such as annual leave, medical insurance, and professional development opportunities.
