Recruitment Specialist


Are you a skilled communicator with excellent recruitment skills?

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing full recruitment support to clients and candidates. Your expertise will help us find the right people for the job.

Responsibilities:
  • Source suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on the client's requirements and needs
  • Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to engaged clients for consideration
  • Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage expectations
  • Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients
  • Coordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
  • Perform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates
  • Work closely with different teams to fulfill client needs

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 and above) to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role will have a distinct advantage
  • Non-experience is welcome to apply as training will be provided
  • Candidates who are flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven, and a team player will have a distinct advantage
