Job Title: Business Development Manager for Electrical Distributors

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to drive revenue growth in customer accounts, develop key account management plans, and manage service agreements to surpass performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue and margins in customer accounts by meeting EBIT and working capital goals.
  • Develop Key Account Management Plans to enhance short- and long-term EBIT and working capital.
  • Manage service agreements to surpass performance KPIs and achieve cost savings.
  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and pricing is up to date.
  • Analyse data to monitor performance, conduct reviews, and implement improvements.
  • Work with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and foster teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • At least 4 years of experience in Logistics and Customer Service sector and proven experience in account management or sales
  • Good knowledge in financial concepts including working capital and EBIT
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skill
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
