Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to infants.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in their care.

  • Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Observe and document the progress and developmental needs of each child.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to ensure a collaborative partnership in supporting the children's growth.

This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with a supportive and experienced team, while also contributing to the growth and development of the next generation.

Requirements
  • A recognised early childhood education qualification, such as a Advanced Cert in Early Years (ACEY) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with infants in a childcare or preschool setting, preferably for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and the ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
