About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with patient registration, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Frontline Customer Service: Greet patients warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling and Patient Registration: Schedule appointments, register patients, and maintain accurate records.
- Administrative Support: Process medical insurances, tax invoices, and payments; handle administrative duties as needed.
- Consultation Room Assistance: Assist doctors and nurses during consultations, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Housekeeping: Perform simple housekeeping tasks to keep the clinic tidy.
- Primary/Secondary School or Professional Certificate
- English language skills (for liaising with English-speaking patients)
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Knowledge of medical insurance processing (an advantage)
- Basic computer skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
