Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth across Tours, Experiences, and F&B verticals.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with local activity suppliers in line with company strategy and compliance policies.
  • Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships through regular engagement, performance reviews, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and launch of new offerings.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and gaps in the market.
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners, industry players, and stakeholders to drive innovation and commercial value.
  • Lead sales initiatives including upselling, cross-selling, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and customer engagement.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales roles within the travel, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
  • Strong knowledge of tours, experience-based activities & F&B Vertical with established industry connections; prior experience in these segments is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex commercial contracts and managing long-term partner relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (required for liaising with Mandarin-speaking partners).
