We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Insights and Analytics Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively, and proficiency in data visualization tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for dashboard development.
  • Analyze business processes and reporting needs, creating comprehensive reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop detailed dashboard specifications and wireframes to meet the needs of various departments.
  • Validate data requirements with stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration between teams.
  • Acquire and manipulate data from primary/secondary sources, performing data cleaning/wrangling/mining to uncover hidden trends.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and governance guidelines, maintaining the highest level of integrity in data management.
  • Utilize statistical techniques to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and update interactive dashboards/visualisations using industry-leading BI tools, providing user-friendly interfaces for informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with data sources and databases to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Develop and maintain robust data models, enabling seamless analysis and interpretation of vast amounts of data.

Requirements:

  • Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore.
  • Possess a tertiary qualification in IT, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Be proficient in data visualization tools like Microsoft Access and Power BI.
