About the Job

As a Treasury Analyst, Investment Bank, you will be responsible for overseeing the Deal Assignment process in APAC and collaborating with local Fulfilment Managers to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also collaborate with the Regional Implementation Manager to assign resources for multi-country projects, manage E-Banking Maintenance for the APAC Region, and ensure timely and accurate turnaround of E-Banking Maintenance requests.

You will be responsible for managing delivery of service by the offshore delivery Centre and ensuring SLAs are met for timely turnaround time for E-Banking & Deal Assignment. Additionally, you will handle escalations and issues by coordinating with stakeholders and the offshore team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Deal Assignment process in APAC and collaborate with local Fulfilment Managers to meet SLAs
  • Collaborate with the Regional Implementation Manager to assign resources for multi-country projects
  • Manage E-Banking Maintenance for the APAC Region and ensure timely & accurate turnaround of the E-Banking Maintenance requests
  • Manage delivery of service by the offshore delivery Centre and ensure SLAs are met for timely turnaround time for E-Banking & Deal Assignment
  • Handle escalations and issues by coordinating with stakeholders and the offshore team
Requirements
  • > 5 years of experience in Banking Operations
  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance or related fields
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effectively managing stakeholders across the APAC region
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
