Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled IT professional with expertise in Active Directory, Windows Services, and technical direction to manage the availability and reliability of system infrastructure according to SLA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting (PowerShell) for ad-hoc reporting and automation of tasks, as well as experience with Role-Based Access Controls and Identity Management solutions. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to provide ownership and lead initiatives/topics as they arise, and collaborate with application and infrastructure teams on authentication/authorization requirements and integration to directory services.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing Active Directory and relevant services, with expertise in Forest and Domain Policy implementations, Active Directory User Services, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Group Policies Implementation, and knowledge of AD Promotion/Decommission process and procedures. You should also be proficient in writing scripts (PowerShell) and have experience with Role-Based Access Controls and Identity Management solutions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and logical skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and a commitment to solving issues. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Cloud IaaS and HP Synergy is an advantage.
