Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our O&T Financial Control team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the business, including database management, controlling, and reporting on financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance team and business on all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including database management, controlling, and reporting on financial performance.
  • Work with various departments and Finance teams on tracking and understanding cost, chargeout, and allocation across the region.
  • Perform impact analysis by applying scenario tools to cost.
  • Understand and explore ways for improvement of cost allocation.
  • Provide support to costing review with Business Units.
  • Familiar with Tax in Asian Region and advise potential tax implication to location strategies.
  • Preparation of annual budget, financial forecasts, and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments relating to financials.
Requirements
  • Possess a good university degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Working experience and knowledge in Management reporting, or work in analytical roles in the financial industry will be an advantage.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented individual capable of completing reporting and analytics accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Strong MS-Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, pivot table) and Data Management experience will be advantageous.
  • An independent self-starter and a team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
