Job Title:

Ecommerce Product Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Product Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a superior site experience for customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform product builds and UAT (seasonal as well as weekly checks)
  • Regularly update the web assortment, adhering to our site standards
  • Monitor performance of related products and group-to-category setup
  • Create and build out categories, thumbnails, and visual navigation setup and quarterly updates
  • Perform seasonal copy/delete
  • Update SEO copy when required
  • Manage promotion setup and takedown
  • Resolve PIP issues raised by merchants and stores
  • Conduct regular site scrubs to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Work across multiple platforms including Adobe Experience Manager, Airtable, Curalate, and Constructor
Requirements:
  • Minimum tertiary qualification and 2 years of e-commerce or related experience
  • Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutions
  • Strong affinity for products and brands
  • Proven analytical, business planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, fast pace, and changing environment
  • Experience working in a global business and across multiple time zones
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel skills (working knowledge with pivot tables and v-lookups)
