Data Insights Developer Position
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering high-quality data-driven applications that support decision-making and unlock value across our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Bulk Python applications to query, analyze, and combine large financial datasets using statistical and computational techniques.
  2. Develop robust quality control and monitoring tools to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across products and workflows.
  3. Create insightful dashboards and visualizations to track application performance, monitor key metrics, and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Support the design, implementation, and deployment of machine learning models and predictive analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable applications and solutions aligned with business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have:
  1. An advanced degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. Hands-on experience in a numerical or computational role, preferably within financial services or technology.
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS or GCP).
  4. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally across engineering, product, and commercial teams.
