Key Responsibilities Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the Director of Business Development in preparing client-facing documents, proposals, and onboarding materials that drive business growth.

Primary Objectives:
  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely completion of KYC documentation and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and resolve any arising issues efficiently.
  • Maintain and update business development documentation and templates, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic initiatives and drive business decisions.
  • Track and report on business development activities and pipeline progress, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards and internal policies, upholding our reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in trust, compliance, or a related financial services role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), facilitating efficient document creation and management.
