We are seeking a Junior Crew Member to join our team at SkyHop, Singapore's most magical indoor playground.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Ensure excellent customer service and create a memorable visit experience for all guests.
  • Manage crowd control and maintain visitor safety throughout the playground.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards daily.
  • Organize and manage inventory and storage areas.
  • Operate and upkeep all playground equipment in good working condition.
  • Assist in planning staff duty rosters and cleaning schedules.
  • Coordinate daily crew deployment and meal-time arrangements.
  • Lead and support part-time and junior crew members.
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures at admissions.
  • Support and participate in in-house events and performances.
Requirements
  • Candidates with experience in hospitality, children's entertainment, tuition centers, or childcare environments.
  • Individuals who are responsible, team-oriented, and enjoy interacting with children.
  • Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
