The role of Mobile Store Leader is to guarantee the efficient functioning of daily operations in a retail store.

This entails collaborating closely with the retail team to meet established standards and service guidelines, as well as executing all sales & marketing promotional activities defined by the organization.

  • Ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved in line with account goals and implementing key retail initiatives across assigned accounts
  • Maintaining strong relationships with mobile suppliers and relevant departments
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the company brand through retail activities and advancing these through planned updates and new retail initiatives
  • Recruiting, training, and managing retail staff
  • Ensuring merchandise display in the store aligns with the standard
  • Managing retail exclusive brands from coordinating purchase orders to stock inventory management
  • Ensuring effective after-sales service, handling customer feedback complaints, and email inquiries
  • Implementing business ethics onsite

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Graduate Diploma in Retail or any related field, or have relevant store manager experience
  • Proficient spoken and written English and Mandarin, with good communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills to execute sales campaigns with attention to details
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and great leadership skills
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Independent and able to work under minimal supervision

This position requires a thorough understanding of retail operations and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets and deploy key retail initiatives.
