Equities Settlements Platform Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our operations and enhance an existing equities settlements platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries and issues related to the existing equities settlements platform, providing timely analysis and resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration or a related field and 4-5 years of experience in an Equities Operations role within the financial services industry. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing and enhancing the existing equities settlements platform, ensuring its continued stability, efficiency, and compliance in a dynamic market environment.
- Process Improvement: Continuously monitor settlement workflows to identify and propose enhancements that improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance user experience.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate communication between Operations, Technology, and other support teams to address platform-related issues and manage small-scale changes.
- Reporting: Create and maintain key metrics and reports on system performance, issue resolution, and project progress.
