Clinic Coordinator / Healthcare Ambassador

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as Clinic Care Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and provision of patient care activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Prior healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential, as we are willing to provide training and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the coordination of patient care activities
  • Providing basic health education to improve patients' knowledge on lifestyle management
  • Performing basic parameter measurements and close preventive screening gaps

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Health Promotion (advantageous)
  • Prior healthcare experience (advantageous)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
