The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Guest Relations Officer to join our front-of-house team. As a key ambassador for our restaurants, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences for our discerning clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their dining experience.
  • Be familiar with our menu offerings, promotions, and service procedures to provide expert recommendations and ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries, making them feel comfortable and attended to at all times.
  • Manage incoming inquiries via email or telephone, making reservations accordingly and accurately for our guests.
  • Collaborate closely with our Operations/Service Operations Manager, shift leaders, and staff members to ensure all guests are greeted properly and escorted to their ready tables.
  • Maintain awareness of smoking and non-smoking areas, as well as the preferences of our guests, to create a harmonious dining environment.
  • Familiarize yourself with our restaurant policies and procedures regarding training, safety, and security to uphold the highest standards.
  • Develop a strong understanding of floor staff responsibilities and upcoming events to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of our guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including reservation desks, to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of stationery is available as required.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of a GCE 'N', or GCE 'O' Level /Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Courteous, well-groomed, and pleasant disposition are essential qualities for success in this role.
  • A background in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service, Customer Service, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are crucial for building strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
  • A positive attitude, motivated by opportunities for growth and development, is vital for success in our fast-paced environment.
  • Good personal grooming and presentation are expected.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays is a must.

About You:
