Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality facial treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with customers before and after treatment to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Perform facial treatments on customers using the latest techniques and products.
  • Upsell skincare products to customers based on their individual skin types and concerns.
  • Update customer records regularly to ensure accurate information is maintained.
  • Handle basic front desk duties such as answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in face treatments.
  • Excellent knowledge of skin and beauty treatments.
