Job Description:

The role of a Crewing Executive is pivotal in ensuring the seamless deployment of seafarers on board vessels. Key responsibilities include collaborating with crewing agencies to recruit qualified personnel, coordinating interview arrangements for senior officers, and verifying the certification of seafarers with relevant authorities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and select suitable seafarers from various sources
  • Coordinate interview arrangements for senior officers with department heads
  • Review and validate seafarers' certification and documents
  • Ensure compliance with minimum safe manning standards and vessel regulations
  • Manage crew changes, including visa processing and flight arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records in the crewing system

Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in crewing/manning within the maritime industry
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to take initiative
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
