Job SummaryThe Senior Manager - QA will be responsible for overseeing the quality management system across our facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement in all manufacturing area activities. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in pharmaceutical validation, qualification projects, and a strong understanding of US FDA regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards that align with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 10-15 years of experience in quality assurance, pharmaceutical validation, and qualification projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with peers.
- Experience in interacting with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
- Knowledge of US FDA regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
