Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking and Private Equity Analyst/Associate to join our team. As part of the Asia team, you will work actively on all aspects of new platform investments, add-on investments, divestitures, and related financings.
- Transaction Support: Assist in processing new investment opportunities, including market assessment, competitive positioning, initial underwriting, deal structuring, and pitching deals internally;
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on pursued deals, encompassing business diligence, risk underwriting, and managing external advisors;
- Financial Modelling: Develop robust financial models to support deal underwriting and deal structuring efforts;
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis to support transaction negotiations;
- Portfolio Management: Provide hands-on support to portfolio companies;
- Capital Raising: Support debt and equity fundraising processes
Requirements:
- Degree qualified from a reputable institution with a strong academic record;
- At least one year of relevant experience either with an investment bank, private equity firm, or management consulting firm;
- Candidates with strong technical skillsets in a Big 4 accounting firm will be considered;
- Proven financial modelling and valuation expertise;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively;
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results as part of a team
