Job Title:

Chiller Maintenance Professional

As a Chiller Maintenance Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cooling systems. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot, service, and maintain Daikin, York, Carrier, Trane, and Smardt water- and air-cooled chillers.

You will be required to understand the basic functions of all chiller-related equipment, including pumps, valves, controllers, cooling towers, and electrical components. This knowledge will enable you to identify potential issues and perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as required.

One of your key responsibilities will be to investigate and report equipment defects, deficiencies, and abnormalities promptly. You will also be expected to prepare service reports and update job records accurately and promptly.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with other teams to resolve issues and ensure that our cooling systems are operating at optimal levels.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the chiller industry. A strong background in electrical knowledge is preferred, but not essential. Basic proficiency in written and spoken English is required, as well as computer literacy.
