Job Overview">

This role serves as the critical liaison between Satair's business in Singapore and China and the rest of the digital organization, focusing on SAP projects and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Act as the local project lead for SAP application-related projects, including Autostore implementation in Singapore and EWM global implementation.">
  • Define and set up new functionality in Satair's SAP application landscape within the logistics area.">
  • Serve as the main SAP contact point in Singapore, coordinating across business and IT.">
  • Coordinate technical issues and improvements with the global digital organization and business representatives.">
  • Monitor current market trends and technologies, proposing valuable additions to logistics solutions.">
  • Provide expertise in SAP ERP WM and SAP EWM.">
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful implementation of Autostore, SAP EWM, and other integrated warehouse technologies.">
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for trainers/end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the new SAP EWM system.">
  • Offer SAP support and expertise to the business organization.">
  • Facilitate alignment, knowledge sharing, and transparency between Singapore/China operations and the global IT organization.">
">Requirements:">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business Information Systems or equivalent.">
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehousing/logistics applications support.">
  • Experience and skills in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).">
  • Knowledge/experience in other SAP modules, such as Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI)/Controlling (CO), would be advantageous.">
  • Knowledge of Autostore or similar warehouse technologies would be advantageous.">
  • The ability to see the bigger picture and derive mid- to long-term recommendations.">
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.">
  • Diplomatic sense, an open mindset, and the ability to build successful relationships across functions and stakeholders.">
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex digital topics into understandable language.">
